Hot and Cold Stones Facial Massage

with selected carrier oil for skin type

The Hot Stones relax and open pores whilst stimulating blood circulation beneath the skin. The Cold Stones soothe tired and over-heated skin whilst locking moisture into the skin. This treatment offers the benefits such as removal of puffiness and sinus pain by reducing inflammation, helping the topically reduce redness or flushing in the skin. It helps to give the skin a firmer/tighter feel.

Warm Bamboo or Hot Stones Neck, Back and Shoulders

A massage, using medium to deep tissue pressure designed to soothe the senses and restore energy, whilst relieving day to day aches and pains. Heat has long been used to ease muscle tension and pain, using either Hot Stones or Warm Bamboo your stress and anxiety can be relieved as well as increasing blood flow and helping the body remove toxins.

A dry brush is used to exfoliate before a coconut scrub is applied to remove dull and dead skin alongside a mask and moisturiser. It can be an excellent preparation for special occasions, holidays or a pamper experience.
