I am Tracey Hooper and I qualified as a massage therapist in 2005. My aim is to support your health and wellbeing requirements through Holistic and Sports Massage Therapy.
If you have an injury or are recovering from an operation, then I can support you with a sports massage or a range of specialist recovery treatments, designed to improve your flexibility, mobility and rehabilitation. If relaxation is your aim, I offer a beautiful range of therapies to help bring you into a state of calm and balance, promoting a sense of mental and physical wellbeing, reducing stress and anxiety.
I am based at home in a log cabin, in a secluded countryside setting, offering a cosy retreat far from the everyday hustle and bustle.

Mobile visits incur a £25 surcharge.

Monday - 10:30am to 7:30pm
Tuesday - 10:30am to 7:30pm
Wednesday - 10:30am to 5:30pm
Thursday - 10:30am to 5:30pm
Friday - 10:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday - 9:30 to 3:00pm
Private car parking is provided on site, marked by parking signs
Please be clear of colds, viruses, gastrointestinal issues at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Hands on Massage accepts that there are times when, due to unforeseen circumstances, appointments made need to be postponed or cancelled. Where less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee may be asked for.

Refund policy
New clients will be asked to pay a deposit of £25 for their first treatment. This will be refunded in the event that the appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.
